摘要
本文对18例急性心肌梗塞者(AMI)和18例正常人进行核素相位分析及心血池显像研究.并与^(99m)TC-PYP心肌闪乐图对比。AMI组相位角明显增宽,SD 24.64±12.26°比正常人6.13±1.63°明显增加(P<0.01)。相位振幅图对室壁节段性运动异常区诊断率100%,而^(99m)TC-PYP心肌闪烁图阳性浓聚区部位阳性率达94%,相位振幅图显示异常范围比^(99m)TC-PYP心肌闪烁图更广泛。
Radionuclide phase anatysis and ^(99m)Tc-PYP myocardial scintigrams were performed in 18 patients with acute myocadial infarction (AMI group) and 18 healthy volunteers (control group), The standard deviation of phase angle(SD)were 24.64°±12.46°in AMI group and 6.13°+1.63°in control group, The different of SD was very significant (P<0.01) between the twe group. All patients had abnormal regional segment wall motion of infarction site of left ventricle in phase amplitude, but only 94% of AMI had positive ^(99m)Tc-PYP imagings, The phase analysis showing abnormal region was larger than that of ^(99m)Tc—PYP myocardial scintigrams
