喘乐宁气雾剂对可逆性气道阻塞的舒张作用

摘要 56例可逆性气道阻塞(RAO)病者吸入喘乐宁(沙丁胺醇)气雾剂治疗后15min,其FVC(2.50±0.81 vs 2.92±0.79L)、FEV1(1.18±0.53 vs 1.45±0.63L)、FEV1/FVC%(47.0±13.0 vs 49.1±14.3L)及PEF(3.635±1.74 vs 4.29+1.85L/S)等均有显著增加(均P<0.05),其中46例(82%)在吸入后15min内FEV1较基础值增高15%以上,喘乐宁气雾剂对轻、中、重度气道阻塞均能显著改善。其作用迅速,近70%的病者在吸入后5min内呈扩张试验阳性。治疗中未见心悸、手颤、头昏、头痛等副作用出现。结果显示喘乐宁气雾剂是优良的支气管扩张药,能有效地缓解痉挛的支气管。 56 patients with reversible airway obstruction (RAO) were treated with Salbutamol (Ventolin metered-dose inhalar)0.2mg inhalation. FVC (2.50±0.81 vs 2.92±0.79L), FEV1(1.18±0.53 vs 1.45±0.63L),FEV1/FVC(47.0±13.0 vs 49.1±14.3%L),PEF (3.63±1.74 vs 4.29±1.85L/S)were increased significantly within 15 minutes after Ventolin inhalation (p all<0.05). FEV1 increased 15% or more above baseline (positive response to bronchodilation) were found in 46 patients (82.1%). About 70% patients showed positive response in 5 minutes. It had the same effect on slight or moderate or severe obstruction. No side effects such as palpitation, tremor, headache dizziness were found. The results shown that Salbutamol (Ventolin) Inhalation is a good bronchodilator.
