32例原发性闭经患者的染色体分析

Chromosome Analyses of Primary Amenorrhea in 32 Patients

1986年～1992年我室对32例未经治疗的原发性闭经患者进行了临床和细胞遗传学检查,结果为染色体核型正常者22例,异常者10例。核型异常者全部为性染色体异常,均有Turner综合征的表型,本文分析了X染色体异常与原发性闭经的关系,强调了原发性闭经患者染色体检查的必要性。

From 1986 through 1992 our laboratory had clinic and cytogenetic examination for 32 patients with primary amenorrhea and found that chromosome karyotypes of 22 patients were normal, and those of other 10 patients were abnormal. All abnormal karyotypes were in abnormal sex chromosomes with Turner's syndrome phenotypes. This article analyses the relationship between abnormal X-chromosome and primary amenorrhea and emphasizes that it is necessary to do some chromosome analyses for the patients with primary amenorrhea.
