摘要
本文分析13例自发性血气胸的临床资料,对本病的病因、发病机制、临床特点、诊断及治疗等方面进行了探讨,并讨论了本病的误诊原因。
Clinical material of 13 patients with spontaneous haemopneumothorax was analysed. Au, thors mainly discussed the etiology, mechanism, clinical manifestations and caused of misdiagnosis about the spontaneous haemopneumothorax,and tried to make a suggestion about the early diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous haemopneumothorax.
