摘要
本文对26例27眼无并发症的老年性白内障硅胶囊内摘除术前、后角膜内皮细胞进行了照相观察,以了解其术后角膜内皮细胞的变化,并与冷冻摘除术前、后作了比较,硅胶法对内皮的影响与冷冻法相似,证明白内障硅胶囊内摘除术为一简便、价廉的手术方法。
The corneal endothelium in 26 cases (27 eyes) with senile cataract was examined and photographed before and after silico-extraction. We compared the change in density of the endothelial cell after silico-extraction with that after cryoextraction. The study shows that these two methods have similar effects on the enddothelial cell. Intracapsular silicoextraction of cataract is cheap and convenient for use.
