WinCC与Matlab的软件接口方法研究

Research on the Software Interface Between WinCC and Matlab

为了充分利用WinCC开发周期短、可靠性高及可维护性强等优点和Matlab丰富的数据分析处理函数库，解决WinCC开发系统调用Matlab函数库的问题，提高应用系统的数据分析处理能力，研究了WinCC与Matlab的软件接口方法，提出了可使应用系统脱离Matlab环境运行的基于可执行文件的混合编程方法，并以油罐泄漏检测的数据分析为例介绍了软件模块的开发过程。应用结果表明，该方法简便可行，优于传统方法。

For taking full advantage of the virtues of WinCC including short development cycle, high reliability and convenient maintainability,and the strong library of Matlab in the system developed by WinCC, the methods for software interfacing between WinCC and Matlab are researched to solve the issue of Matlab library transferred by WinCC development system, and to promote the data processing ability of application system. The mixed programming method based on executable file is proposed, which make the system run without Matlab. Finally, the application of this method in data analysis of oil tank leakage detection is given to describe the development process of the module,which shows the validity and superiority of the proposed method.
