摘要
应用电镜酶细胞化学方法对头颈部肿瘤患者癌周淋巴结淋巴细胞ATP酶、G-6-P酶、5′-ND酶的定位与活性进行了观察。结果:ATP酶、G-6-P酶活性减弱,酶颗粒变小,数量减少,密度降低。5′-ND酶活性略有增强。酶活性的改变程度与临床分期呈相关性,而在有无淋巴结转移之间未见明显差异。提示酶活性下降可能是导致恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能降低的主要原因之一。
We have studied the localization and activities of ATPase, G-6-Pase, 5'-Nucleotidase in lymphocyte on lymph nodes around cancer tissue in the patients with head and neck neoplasms by using the electron enzyme cytochemical method.
Results: 1. The reaction granules of enzyme can be seen clearly on the sites just below the cell membrane and on the surface of endoplasmic reticulum and midochondria. The tiny granules were observed also under the nuclear membrane and on the chromatin: 2. The activities of ATPase and G-6-Pase become lower. 3. The activity of 5'-nucleotidase is higher.
The results suggest that: The decrease of the enzyme activities may be main reasons for the reduce of the immunological function in the patients with head and neck neoplasms.
