摘要
本文观察了194人吸烟者和66人不吸烟者的红细胞C_3b受体花环,红细胞免疫复合物花环及协同肿瘤红细胞花环。结果显示,吸烟者红细胞C_3b受体花环及协同肿瘤红细胞花环低于不吸烟者(P<0.01和P>0.05),红细胞免疫复合物花环则高于不吸烟者(P<0.01)。随着吸烟量的增加和吸烟时间的增长,红细胞C_3b受体花环和协同肿瘤红细胞花环呈降低趋势,而红细胞免疫复合物花环呈升高趋势。提示长时间过量吸烟将影响红细胞清除免疫复合物,影响红细胞粘附围攻肿瘤细胞的能力。
Three immunological function parameters of red cells of 194 smokers and 66 non—smokers were determined in this paper: The yeast rosette forming red cell immune adherence (RCIA); the serum rosette immune complex assay of red cell(RICA); the rosette helpping tumout of red cell. The results were as follows: RCIA and the rosette helpping tumout of red cell of smokers were fewer than non—smokers (P<0.01)and P>0.05), but RICA of smokers were more than nonsmokers(P<0.01). With the increase of quantity and time of smoking, RCIA and the rosette helpping tumout of red cell would tend decreasicngly and RICA would tend increasingly. This results disclosed that excessive smoking would influence the ability of red cell on cleaning immune complex and adhering, killing tumour celss.
