高原鼠兔是适应低氧的土生动物,使用显示肥大细胞的三种染色方法,证实肺组织缺乏肥大细胞。而肺部的组织胺含量与平原动物相比较无统计学意义。本文经过讨论认为肺部缺乏肥大细胞与低氧环境没有直接关系,肺部的组织胺来源除了肥大细胞以外,还可能来自APVD细胞。
