卡铂为主的联合化疗对口腔颌面部鳞癌的近期疗效

THE SHORT TERM CURATIVE EFFECTS OF COMBINATION CHEMOTHERAPY MAINLY WITH CARBOPLATIN ON ORAL-MAXILLOFACIAL SQUAMOUS CARCINOMA

本文为我科用卡铂、5-Fu和PYM联合治疗口腔颌面部鳞癌22例的近期疗效观察,总有效率为73.73％。毒副作用较轻。对13例未经治疗的晚期鳞癌作诱导化疗很有价值,其CR率为30.77％,PR为53.85％,总有效率为84.62％。

The observation of the short term curative effects on 22 cases of oral-maxiilofacial squamous carcinoma treated with carboplatin, 5-Fu and PYM was reported. The overall response rate was 72.73%. The toxic and side effect were not serious. It was of great value for the previously untreated advanced oral-maxillofacial squamous carcinoma as induction chemotherapy, and the CR rate was 30.77%, PR 53.85% and the overall response rate was 84.62% in the 13 cases.
