颌面部创伤弹道的超微结构及代谢功能变化的实验研究

摘要 用初速1300m/s,重0.7g的钢珠致22只狗颌面软组织损伤。观察和测定伤后不同时间伤道组织的超微结构及ATP含量变化。结果证明皮肤及口腔粘膜的挫伤区仅为0.1—0.2cm,肌层的挫伤区为0.5—0.8cm。早期清创组织的代谢功能可能恢复。 The maxillofacial soft tissue wounds of dogs were inflicted by the spherical steel bullet with primary veclocity 1.3 km/s, 0.7mg in weight. The ultrastructure at 0-0.8, 0.9-1.6 and 1.7-2.4 cm from the wounding track were observed with electromicroscopy, and the amount of high energy phosphates (ATP) in the muscle samples was determined. The experimental results indicated that the contusion zone of skin and mucous membrane was 0.1-0.2 cm, and that of muscle was 0.5-0.8 cm. The early debridement is useful for Tecovery of metabolism function. As they were wounded by the same velocity missiles, the soft tissue contusion zone of maxillofacial region was smaller than that of the extremities.
