This paper describe the quality research and quality evaluation of contraceptives. Modern analytical methods in order to evaluate and assess the quality of contraceptives including active substances such as steroid hormonal contraceptives and the analogues of prostaglandins were developed. Drawing up practical quality standard to facilitate the quality control of the contraceptives was drawn. The related substances existed in contraceptives are isolated and limited. The quality of contraceptives are evaluated and comprehensively.
