摘要
对1990年间在广东省中山市用YZ—1型银夹作输卵管绝育的对象进行了回顾性重点整群抽样调查,1580例中有9例复孕,术后第1、2年的粗累积复孕率分别为0.4和0.67/每百妇女。调查显示,该夹绝育成功率高,术后副反应轻微。Cox回归多因素生存分析显示末孕结束后≤30天手术的复杂相对危险是≥31天的14.48倍,提示在此时机手术应慎重。
A retrospective study was conducted to evaluate the offectiveness of the tubal sterilization with YZ-1 silver clips. Data were collected from a sample of 1580 cases performed with the use of the clips in 1990. The gross cumulative pregnancy rates were 0.40 and 0.67 per 100 women after 12 and 24 months of use respectively. The study also showed that the procedure was associated with low murbidity. Results from multivariate survival analysis indicated that in women when the procedure was perlormed within 30 days after ending of the last pregnancy, the rsk of preganancy following operation was 14.48 times higher than those sterilized at 31 days or more.
