本文介绍4例Norplant皮下埋植剂置入前和置入后血浆中垂体和卵巢分泌的五种性激素,即黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、催乳素（PRL）、雌二醇（E2）和孕激素（P）的血清水平。其结果显示Norplant皮下埋植剂置入后LH和FSH在较低水平上波动,FSH无峰值与LH相应。PRL有增高趋势,维持在稍高水平,但在正常范围内波动。P无黄体期高峰。E2明显下降。从而推论Norplant皮下埋植避孕效果好的主要原因之一是影响了以上五种激素的水平,致使相互间比例失调。同时还解释了临床应用Norplant埋植剂者月经紊乱等现象。

This paper presents the change of pituitary and ovarian hormones, follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), prolactin(PRL); estradiol(E_2) and progesterone(P), in 4 cases before and after using Norplant. The results showed that LH and FSH varied in lower levels and the FSH peak showed no normal relation with the LH peak after using Norplant. The PRL level changed within normal range, but tended to rise to higher level. The P level did not rise to the highest level during the luteal phase. The E_2 level dropped considerably. According to these results, it was suggested that one of the main reasons of high effectiveness of Norplant lies in the interference of these hormones, which is also the cause of irregular menstruation after Norplant insertion.
