摘要
白来航鸡,戊巴比妥钠60mg/kg麻醉,腺胃灌流收集胃液,实验结果如下:①鸡基础胃酸排出量为0.246±0.031mmol/h。②五肽胃泌素能刺激鸡胃酸分泌。总酸排出量与五肽胃泌素存在有量效反应。③静脉血清胃泌素水平为78.27±19.19pg/ml。
A new method was reported to collect chicken gastric juice in acute experiment. The basal gastric acid output (0. 264±0. 31 mmol/h)in anesthetized chicken was higher than that in human,dogs and monkeys but similar to that in rats. The serum gastrin level was 78. 27±19. 79 pg/ml. Pentagastrin remarkably stimulated gastric acid secretion in a dose-effect manner in chicken.
