摘要
本组92例骨巨细胞瘤,经手术治疗的有88例。经8～15年随访复查者有75例,其中多发14例(18.66％);恶变或转移5例(6.66%)。本组有3例波及关节。其中1例同时侵犯相邻胫、腓骨,另1例在腓骨下端肿瘤切除术后半年又在相邻胫骨下端发病。本文对早期诊断骨肿瘤提出了切实可行的方法;并对复发原因及预防措施等问题进行了讨论。
The authors reported 92 cases of giant cell tumor of bone in this series. Among them, 88 caese were treted with methods of operation. 75 cases have been followed-up for 8～15 years. There were 14 recurrences (18. 66%); 5 malignant changes or metastatic (6. 66%). There were 3 cases involved the joint in this series, among which I was destroyed the neighbouring tibia and fibula contemporaneously,another was developed the distal end of neighbouring tibia after local excision of the distal end of fibula. This article also mentioned useful methods for early diagnosis of bone tumors and discussed the recurrent reasons and precluding management.
