300例健康成人心室晚电位分析

ANALYSIS OF VENTRICULAR LATE POTENTIAL IN 300 HEALTH ADULTS

本文对300例正常健康成人体表信号叠加心电图检测结果作了分析。判别心室晚电位的三项参数即滤波后总QRS时限(TQRSD);QRS波终末低于40μV的时限(Under 40μV);QRS波终末40ms电压之均方根值(Last40ms)在各年龄组男女性别间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。TQRSD在25、40、80 Hz频响滤波时,60岁以上组与40岁以下组间差异均有极显著性(P<0.001)。TQRSD有随年龄增长而增宽倾向。将本文正常值与国外研究作了对比,提出心室晚电位阳性判别标准。

This report studied the signal-averaged electrocardiogram of 300 health adults. The results showed that three parameters,total QRS duration (TQRSD),under 40 μV.and last 40 ms,had no significance of difference between male and femal among all age groups (P>0. 05),and there is significance of difference between the group older than 60 years and the group younger than 40 years in 25Hz、40Hz、80Hz three frequency filter of total QRS duration (P<0. 01),TQRSD broden with the age. The author compares the normal value in this article with the foreign study and proposes positive criteria for ventricular late potential.
