摘要
本文将交通规划中一个交通流的分配问题转化为最小费用流的问题,给出了该问题的一个算法和误差上界估计。
In this paper, a model assigning traffic flow in traffic programming is transformed a problem of minimum cost flow. An algorithm for this problem and an estimation of upper bound on error are proposed.
