双歧杆菌小鼠肉瘤的抗肿瘤活性研究

STUDY ON ANTITUMOR ACTIVITY OF BIFIDOBACTERIUM ON S_(180)

本文报道双歧杆菌及其代谢产物对小鼠肉瘤 S_(180)的抑制作用.在移植 S_(180)肉瘤前局部注射短双歧杆菌,26天后实验组的瘤重与对照组有显著差别(P<0.01)。用不同的双歧杆菌代谢产物对 S_(180)肉瘤进行体外抑瘤实验,结果表明,在高浓度(17%)下,各代谢产物均有明显的抑制作用,其抑瘤强度依次为双歧杆菌 GAM 培养上清>乳酸>乙酸。而在低浓度(1.7%)下,三者的抑瘤作用不明显,表明其抑瘤作用与剂量有关。

This report presents the study on the antitumor activity of Bifidobacterium Breve(B. breve)on subcutaneously transplanted sarcoma-180(S_(180))in mice.Subcutaneous treatment of this bacteria markedly inhibited the growth of subcutaneously inoculated S_(180).In vitro,the antitumor effect of the supernatant of B.breve,lactic acid,acetis acid on the cultured S_(180) tumor cells was also ob- served.The results suggested that the metabolite of the bacteria has antitumor effect on S_(180),too.Their strength of antitumor effect is supernatant of B.breve>lactic acid>acetis acid successively.The effect was related with dose.
