利福平滴眼剂含量及稳定性研究

STUDY ON THE CONTENT AND STABLE FORM OF RIFAMPICIN EYE DROP

利福平在水中溶解度小,水溶液在室温中又不稳定。如何提高利福平眼药水的浓度,增加其稳定性是此制剂长期以来需要解决的重要问题。本文对处方分析改进后,使含量和稳定性都得到提高,90天10℃左右贮存变化很小。

The solubility of rifampicin is poor in the water,and the solution of rifampicin is unstable at room tem- pereture.How to increase the concentration and raise its stability is important for preparation.After the improvement of formulation,the concentration of the drop could be increased and the stability of the solution could be raised.The modi- fied rifampicin eye drop has little change when it is stored at 10℃ for 90 days.
