摘要
用杂种犬14只复制淡水溺水的动物模型,分别测定直接和间接损伤后肺组织肺泡表面活性物质的含量。损伤后肺泡表面活性物质含量均见降低,且因各损伤时期、损伤方式而各不相同(P<0.01),结合损伤各期肺组织的病理表现,可见呈一定的相关性。表明肺泡表面活性物质在维持肺正常生理功能过程中有重要意义,并为临床成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的表面活性物质替代疗法提供了一定的依据。
Lung surfactant(LS) was detected in 14 dogs suffered direct and indirect pulmonary injuries induced by fresh water drowning.LS decreased after injury and was different from the periods of injury(P<0.01).We also found that the reduction of LS had a relevance with the pulmonary pathology.L.S was important in mantaining normal pulmonary function.This experiment may be helpful for the therapy of ARDS.
