摘要
本文利用改进的Electre评价排序方法,试图在软件开发工程质量评价中寻求一条由定性到定量评价的新途径。通过分析和应用,认为在软件开发工程中,软件详细设计的语言工具选择时,此方法是可行和有效的。
In this paper, the advanced ELECTRE method is used for the quality evaluation of the software engineering. According to the result of applying to get the optimal choice of language tools of the software design in detail, this advanced method is proved to be available and efficient. This method is also a way to change qualitive to quantitive assessanent of the software engineering.
