摘要
作者对16例重症法乐氏四联症右室流出道跨环补片材料进行改进。先用自体心包加宽右室流出道,再对右室漏斗部分加盖涤纶补片或涤纶人造血管。术后渗血少,血流动力学满意。
In 16 severe TOF cases,the materials used for RVOT transannular atching were im- proved.Initially.the RVOT were enlarged with auto pericaldium and then,at the infundibulum portion reinforced with dacron tissue,postoperative blood oozing decreased with successful hemodynamic re- sults.
