旋毛虫幼虫收集方法的探讨 被引量:61

摘要 本文对旋毛虫幼虫的收集方法进行了研究,结果表明,1%胃蛋白酶和1.5%盐酸的消化液在18~20h 37℃可将感染有旋毛虫的小白鼠、大白鼠及家兔等动物肌肉完全消化。肌肉与消化液的合适比例为1:10(w/v)。收集幼虫时,改良贝氏法和分液漏斗法优于水洗自然沉淀法和离心沉淀法。本文还讨论了影响收集旋毛幼虫的一些因素。 The collecting techniques of the muscle larvae of Trichinella spiralis were studied.The results showed that the muscle of mice,rat,rabbit and other animals that had been infected with trichinella were completely digested in 1%pepsin~1.5%HCl solution for 18~20 hr at 37℃.The rational ratio of muscle to digestive solution is 1:10(w/ v).On collecting trichinella larvae,the effects of the improved Baermann's technique and seperating funnel method were better than that of water-washing natural sedimentation and centrifuge sedimentation methods.The factors affecting to the collection of trichinella larvae were discussed in this paper.
