摘要
本研究采用了红外光谱固体粉末分析法,利用其在指纹光波区的结构敏感特性研究了α-Fe_2O_3的结晶动力学问题.本研究表明.由热分解获得的α-Fe_2O_3晶体成长过程,具有一般固态结晶动力学的特点.红外分析提供了对这类问题研究的一种快速简便的新方法.
This study adopts IR analysis of the solid powder.We study crystal kinetics problem of α-Fe_2O_3 by the structure sensitivity of finger-print region of IR.This paper indicates that the grown process of the α-Fe_2O_3 crys-tal from heat decompose has a characteristic of the common solid crystal kinetics.IR analysis supplies a quick and a handy new way.
