摘要
本文提出了一种仿照相干光干涉原理进行数字干涉的新的云纹方法。借助于FFT及数字滤波方法消除原始栅线的影响,使用相移技术将含有物面高度信息的位相检测出来,用于进一步计算物高。
This paper investigates an easy and flexible moire new method which is simulated thepriniciple of coherent light interferometry. By means of FFT and digital frequency spectrumfiltering technique, the influence of original grating is eliminated. After the phase is measuredwith phase stepping method, the object height can be computed. The result in this paperwould be worthy of the practical application. The analysis is completely automatized by usingdigital image processing system.
