药物性急性间质性肾炎的临床及病理

The clinical and pathological feature of drug-associated acute interstitial nephritis

本文分析14例药物性急性间质肾炎的临床与病理特点,并在国内首次用药物淋巴细胞转化试验辅助诊断致病药物。结果表明,药物性急性间质肾炎临床表现多样,肾活检是确诊的主要手段,药物淋巴细胞转化试验有助明确致病药物,早期诊断、及时治疗后肾功能大都可以恢复。

The clinical presentation, the pathomorphological findings and the clinical outcome were investigated in 14 patients with drug-associated intertitial nephritis,and lymphocyte stimulation test was applied to comfirm the offending drug. All patients presented with acute renal failure. Typical clinical features were often absent. Renal biopsy is therefore needed to establish the diagnosis. Lymphocyte stimulation test is a useful means in the determination of drug hypersensitivity. Renal function improved after withdrawal of the drugs resposible and treatment with predsone in most patients.
