摘要
根据对发动机曲轴箱内气体运动所作的理论分析和实验研究,本文描述了曲轴箱内气体压力微弱波动的规律,进一步分析压力波动曲线和气缸活塞环间隙的关系,得出检测箱内气体压力微弱变化和提取压力曲线特征值的方法,以识别和诊断多缸发动机某一指定气缸活塞环的磨损程度,实现快速诊断。
Based on the results of theoretical analyses and experimental studies, the regularity ofthe slight pressure fluctuations in the crank case of an internal combustion engine is describedin this paper. Furthermore, the relation of the shape of gas pressure fluctuations and the gapbetween piston rings and cylinder-wall is studied, and then a technique of the detection ofgas pressure fluctuations and the determination of their characteristic parmeters aresuggested. The proposed technique can be used to recognize and diagnose the piston ringwearing degree fast in a specified cylinder of a mulfi-cylinder engine.
