本文测定了肾移植患者术后尿NAG酶含量,结果表明出现排异反应、肾小管坏死和环孢素中毒时,尿NAG酶明显增高,经有效治疗,可逐渐下降。动态观察尿中NAG酶变化,对临床早期诊断和正确治疗有重要参考意义.

The urinary NAG activity was measured in patients with renal allografts. Urinary NAG level rised significantly during episodes of rejection, tubular necrosis and cyclosporing nephrotoxicity. After effective treatment NAG excretion fell gradually to normal. Estimation of the activity of the NAG in the urine of patients with transplanted kidney is of value in the early diagnosis and correct treatment.
