应用O型管组作腹膜透析的初步报告

The preliminary study of peritoneal dialysis with O set system

本文比较了三种腹膜透折系统(瓶装透析、国产袋装透析、O型管组透析)腹膜炎的发生率,发现瓶装组((?)=71)腹膜炎发生率为1次/11.4病人月,国产袋装组(n=30)为1次/4.5病人月,而O型管组(n=54)腹膜炎发生率显著低于其它两组,为1次/219.9病人月(P<0.05).本文结果提示行O型管组腹膜透析可显著降低腹膜炎的发生率.

We compaired the incidence of peritonitis of the different peritoneal dialysis systems (bottle-contained dialysate system, standard CAPD system made by ourselves, and O set system). The infection rate of patients using bottle-contained dialysate system and standard CAPD system were once per 11.4 patient months and once per 4.5 patient months respectively,which were significantly higher than that of the 0 set system (once per 219.9 patient months). This result suggests that introducing of the O set system may greatly reduce the incidence of peritonitis of CAPD patients.
