不育子宫内膜异位症患者双相基础体温图形分析

Analysis of biphasic basal body temperature chart in infertile women with endometriosis

采用对比分析的方法对11例经手术或腹腔镜证实的子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者的20个未用药基础体温(BBT)周期,10例经治疗后怀孕的EM患者受孕当月的10个BBT周期及5例因男性因素不育之妇女的10个BBT周期进行比较。结果发现EM不育患者在月经周期的早滤泡期BBT明显延迟下降,并且当月经周期前3天内的任何一天BBT≥36.9℃时,不育患者为EM的可能性更大;EM不育患者早分泌期BBT上升缓慢,可能与黄体早期的孕酮分泌不足有关。认为对不育患者的BBT图形进行分析,可能有助于临床对EM的诊断及治疗。

This investigation examined the association of endometriosis(EM)with altered basal body temperature(BBT)by contrasted analysis.The sample of this study consists of 20 BBT cycles from 11 cases infertile women suffering from EM,10 BBT cycles of the first pregnant month from 10 fertile women suffering from EM,and 10 BBT cycles from 5 control women having infertility due to male.The diagnosis were confirmed by laparoscopy or laparotomy. The results showed that a significant relationship was found between the presence of EM (without treatment)and the appearance of a late decline in BBT during the early follicular phase of the menstrual cycle.The temperature≥36.9℃ on the first 3 days of menses was as- sociated with EM.We also found a correlation in BBT during the early luteal phase of the menstrual cycle.These findings suggested that BBT chart analysis may be useful for diagnsis and treatment of EM.
