小肠移植后排异反应的监测

Monitoring of intestinal transplant rejection

检测猪同种异体小肠移植后的受者血浆N-乙酰氨基己糖酶、外周血单个核细胞前凝血质活性、血清肿瘤坏死因子、血清白细胞介素2和6,并与同期的粘膜活检结果作对照,发现它们在排异早期即有显著升高,其中单个核细胞前凝血质活性和白细胞介素2的变化早于排异反应的病理变化,提示术后检测这些指标将有助于排异反应的早期诊断。

Plasm levels of N-acetyl hexosaminidase(NAG),peripheral blood monocyte procoagulant activity (PEA),serum values of tumor necrosis factor(TNF),interleukin 2(IL-2)and interleukin 6(IL-6) were measured in 15 pigs following small bowel allotransplantation.The results showed that all of them had some value in early diagnosis in comparison with allograft mucosal biopsy.NAG,TNF and IL-6 were significantly higher in early rejection.The elevation of PCA and IL-2 occur red earlier than pathological change of rejetion.
