犬的活髓潜没牙根的组织学研究

A study of histologic reaction of vital submerged roots in dogs

本文采用粘骨膜下潜没活髓牙根的方法,对2只犬的8个下颌第二前磨牙(P_2)牙根进行6、12个月的组织学观察。实验证实全部切口均一期愈合;粘膜正常,粘膜下结缔组织与牙髓融合;牙根内牙髓全部存活;牙本质断面上有一层牙骨质覆盖,牙周膜正常,根尖无炎症及吸收现象。因此,该法可作为一种保持牙槽骨高度和宽度的变通方法用于临床,以提高义齿修复效果。

In this study,8 roots of mandibular premolars(P_2)of 2 dogs were experimentaly observed for 6 and 12 months after surgical submersion with submerging vital roots in the submucoperiosteum.The results showed:①All the incisions got first intention;②The mucous membrane maintained normal;③The submucous connective tissue was fused to the dental pulp;④The endodontium in the root canal was entirely alive;⑤The cross surface of dentine was covered with a layer of osteocementum;⑥The pericementum showed normal; ⑦Absence of periapical inflammation and apical resorption.By these facts,it is reasonably considered that this technique may be utilized as a supplemental approach for maintaining the height and width of human alveolar bones.So it may be taken as an alterable method in clinical application for rising the effect of denture prosthese.
