摘要
提要本实验用结扎盲肠的腹腔感染大鼠50只,随机分为常规全肠外营养(TPN)组,TPN+人参组,TPN+中链脂肪酸(MCT)组,TPN+精氨酸组及TPN+精氨酸+人参组。结果发现,实验第六天各组体重及白蛋白平均值均较实验前明显降低,各组间体重、白蛋白变化无显著差异。实验各组间除常规TPN组外,其余各组均可明显改善应激时的氮平衡,但TPN+MCT组及常规TPN组对腹腔感染所致的免疫功能下降,如CD_4/CD_8比值下降,自然杀伤细胞〔NKC〕活性降低无纠正作用。TPN+精氮酸及TPN+人参均可增强感染动物的免疫功能,并改善其氮平衡,TPN+精氨酸+人参对免疫功能的促进作用较TPN十精氨酸或TPN+人参强。
Fifty rats of intraperitoneal sepsis induced by cecal ligation have been randomly divided into routine TPN, TPN with Ginseng, TPN with MCT, TPN with Arginine (Arg) and TPN with Arg and Ginseng groups. The results showed that the medium of body weight and serum albumin of every group on the 6th experimental day were lower than those of pre-experimental day, but there were not difference between groups. The rats′ nitrogen balance was improved except those in routine TPN group, and the routine TPN and TPN with MCT cannot correct the immune disfunction induced by intraperitoneal sepsis, for example, the decrease of ratio of CD_4/CD_8 and the activity of NKC were not improved. Enhancement of immune function and improvement of nitrogen balance had obtained in groups of TPN with Arg and TPN with Ginseng. The combined TNP with Arg and Ginseng had a stronger effect on immunity than TPN with Arg or Ginseng.
