肝脏MR快速成像一屏气多层FLASH序列(附53例分析)

摘要 作者分析了53例采用屏气多层快速小角度扫描序列进行肝脏 MR 快速成像,并与普通 SE T1加权和 T2加权序列相比较,前者的主要特点为:①较 SE T1加权序列省时10~15倍,从而提高了检查效率;②无呼吸伪影,显著提高了图像质量;③软组织对比分辨率高,对病灶的内部结构如肝癌的假包膜、门静脉瘤栓及转移瘤中的靶征显示得十分清楚;④肝左叶轮廓及结构显示良好。作者认为采用屏气多层 FLASH 序列可使肝脏检查优化,可望取代普通 SE T1加权序列。 53 cases for fast MR imaging of the liver with a multisection breath-hold FLASH sequence, compared with conventional T1-and T2-weighted SE sequences were studied.The major charaeteristics of the multisection breath-hold FLASH sequence are as follows:(1)dramatie reduction in imaging time for 10~15 times as compared with the T1-weighted SE sequence;(2)no respiration-induced artifacts, thus resulting in high-quality images;(3)high contrast resolution for soft tissues and clear visulization of the internal structure of lesions,such as pseudoeapsule of hepatic carcinoma,portal vein thrombosis and“target”sign of metastasis;and(4)good visulization of the profile and structure of the left hepatic lobe.The author considered that the multisection breath-hold FLASH technique may help to optimize the examination procedure of the liver and may be applied in patient with various liver lesions to replace conventional Tl-weighted SE sequence.
