Heat Exchange Network Synthesis Using the Pinch Point Technology

本文在抉点设计原理的基础上提出一个快速、灵活的换熟器网络综合方法。该方法的主要思想是在满足最大能量回收的基础上,通过断开某些热负荷回路来减少换热设备数,使网络达到或接近最优。

This work presents a rapid,flexible method about heat exchange network synthe- sis based on the pinch design principle.The main point of this method is that the optimization is reached when some heat-load loops in the initial network are broken to minimize the number of heat exchange equipments,without increasing its utility consumption.
