摘要
本文讨论了窄点法在化工换热网络优化设计的步聚,并对网络合成的物流匹配准则,换热网络所需的最少设备数的计算及设备投资和能量回收两者之间的权衡问题都进行了较深入地讨论。最后利用窄点法对石油三厂的北蒸馏换热网络进行了优化设计,计算结果对装置的技术改造,进一步降低能耗具有指导意义。
The fundamental step of optium disigning of chemical heat exchange network by pinch point method has been introduced.In the same time,the basic rules of matching hot and cold streams,the method of calculating the minimum number of equipment for the exchange network and the trade-off between the energy recovery and the units cost have been discussed.At last,The method has been applied practically in the design of the north distillation exchange network ofFushun refinery No.3,and turned out to be instructive for the inovation and energy saving of the network.
