摘要
用一个新的葡萄球菌常规鉴定流程对旧流程所获的临床377株金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)、表皮葡萄球菌(表葡菌)和腐生葡萄球菌(腐生葡菌)进行鉴定,结果表明:新流程能把旧流程所获的3种葡菌进一步区分出5个菌种(株),即金葡菌甲氧西林敏感株、金葡菌甲氧西林耐药株、金葡菌凝固酶阴性株、孔氏葡菌和木糖葡菌,一个鉴定流程就把葡菌属常见的8个种(株)明确鉴定出来。该流程设计合理,操作简便,结果准确可靠。
377 strains of staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidisand staphylococcus saprophyticus obtained by the old process were identified with a new routine identity process. The results showed that the three species could be further divided into five species(strains), that is, methicillin-sensitive staphylo- coccus aureus(MSSA), methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA), coagulase-negative staphylococcus(CNS), staphylococcus Cohnii and staphylococcus xylosms. The process was in good design and easy to operate, and the result was accurate and reliable.
