摘要
对265例原发性肝癌首发症状进行统计分析。发现6例(占2.26%)以肝外转移为首发症状,并有不同程度误诊、误治。这可提醒人们提高对肝癌的警惕性。
The first symptoms of 263 patients with primary carcinoma of liver were analysed. Results showed that extrahepatic metastasis as first symptom was found in six cases, accounting for 2.26% and there was also misdiagnosis to va- rying degrees.
