对70例卵巢良性肿瘤术后病人的追踪观察结果表明,对此类肿瘤采用剜出术后,大多数病人存留的卵巢组织仍能起到维持正常生理功能的作用,未发现有肿瘤复发的迹象。认为本术式实为此类年轻患者治疗的最佳选择.

Seventy patients with benign tumor of ovary were followed up after opera- tion. The results showed that the surviving tissues of ovary in most patients who had undergone enucleation could carry out the normal physiological func- tion. No evidence of neoplastic recurrence was found. It is thought that enucleation be the best choice for treating the young patients with benign condi- tion of the ovary.
