在碱性条件下,用维生素C将磷钨酸还原为钨蓝,钨蓝的吸光度值与维生素C含量成正比。本法测定简单、迅速,回收率达99.13%,特别适合于低含量维生素C的测定。

Under the alkaline condition, phosphotungstic acid was reduced to tungsten blue with vitamin C. The absorbance ratio of tungsten blue was in di- rect proportion to the contents of vitamin C. This method is simple and rapid, and the rate of recovery is 99.13%. It is especially suitable for the determination of low content vitamin C.
