摘要
作者通过光镜、扫描电镜、X线能谱分析对骨形成蛋白(BMP)/生物陶瓷/微孔钛种植体、BMP/微孔钛种植体、生物陶瓷/微孔钛种植体、微孔钛种植体进行了比较。实验表明:复合BMP种植体成骨早、成骨量大、骨成熟早,未复合BMP的生物陶瓷涂层与未涂层微孔钛种植体比较,两者在成骨时间上无明显差异,但界面结合方式有明显不同。
This study investigated the tissue compatibility of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) /biologic ceramic/porous titanium implant, BMP/porous titanium implant, biologic ceramic/porous titanium implant and porous titanium implant by LM, SEM, EDXA. The results showed: The new bone formation and new bone mature were earlier in the BMP composite implants treated group. BMP uncomposite implants had no evident difference in the time of new bone formation, but the interface bonding ways had significant difference.
