垫类型与髁状突受力的力学模型研究

摘要 本课题在建立人体牙、部分咀嚼肌、颞颌关节力学模型基础上,研究了戴五种类型垫时髁状突的受力的情况。实验发现:戴五种类型3mm厚垫时,髁突的受力都有增加,但以前(牙合)垫最明显。戴左侧(牙合)垫时,左侧髁突受力与其它(牙合)垫相比略有下降;右侧髁突受力增加。作者认为,前(牙合)垫可作为研究双侧后牙缺失时髁突受力的病理模型,而单侧后枢轴垫时的髁突受力变化可能反映了一侧后牙早接触和单侧后牙咀嚼时的髁突受力情况。 The primary purpose of this study is to estimate loading conditions on the TMJ with five different oc-clusal splint. We developed a model that simulated dynamic relationship between dental occlusion, masticatory muscles and TMJ. It is demonstrated that loading on the condyle increases whatever kinds of splints are used. The anterior splint brings about larger loading on the condyle than any other splint. When' the ratio force of the muscle on the non pivot isl, left-side pivot splint makes loading on left condyle decrease and right increase. It was change on both condyles when posterior teeth are missing, loading change, contact and unilateral mastication.
