咽旁间隙肿瘤的CT诊断及手术进路选择

摘要咽旁间隙位置深在,邻近颅底,结构复杂。此间隙解剖特点使得发生于或累及这一间隙的肿瘤的术前诊断及手术治疗成为颌面外科临床上颇感困难的问题。咽旁间隙肿瘤对患者危害较重,且手术复杂难度大。治疗的前提取决于对其部位、范围及与周围结构关系的准确判断。
