冷冻胚胎骨在根尖切除术中的应用

The application of frozen homogenic brephobone in surgical treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis

作者对临床诊断为慢性根尖周炎、根尖囊肿、根尖肉芽肿的病例,于根管充填后,行根尖切除术,手术刮治根尖病变组织,22例以冷冻同种胚胎骨充填,20例以传统血液充盈法关闭骨腔,均覆盖牙周塞治剂。术后2周及1、3、6、12个月复诊观察临床与X线片,均证实冷冻同种胚胎骨充填,较传统的方法有较大的优越性。

Clinical effectiveness of frozen homogenic brephobone as a filling material in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis was e-valuated. 42 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis , periapical cyst and periapical granuloma were observed. After apical curet-tage was performed,22 cases were filled with frozen homogenic brephobone and other cases were closed bone cavity with traditional treatment. All these cases were then covered with periodontal packing agent. Radiograph and clinical observation were made respectively at 2 week, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month recall visit following the surgery. It was found that the way of filling with frozen homogenic brephobone is more advantageous than the traditional way.
