羟基磷灰石陶瓷应用于根尖周病的探讨

The research on instant treatment of apical periodontitis with Porous Ilydroxyapatite Ceramic

作者任选80例慢性根尖周炎病人,40例试用羟磷灰石一次根管治疗,40例常规一次根管治疗作为对照。经过3年随访,根据临床反应及X线片表现,羟磷灰石组疗效优于常规根管治疗组。

The author chose 80 cases of chronic apical peridontitis randomly,40 cases were treated by instant root canal treatment with Porous Hydroxyapatite Ceramic, the others were treated by routine instant results of clinical and radoigraphic feature were shown that the successful rate of instant treatment with Porous Hydroxyappatite Ceramic were super than that of Control ststisically.
