摘要
介绍了离体嫁接的特点和方法并且概括了其组织学和细胞学发育、同化物输导以及生化研究等方面的进展.
Plant in vitro graft is a new tool for studing the mechanism of compatibility/incompati- bility.In this review ,the method and characteristics of this system are introduced.The advanced studies in the histological and cytological development ,assimilate transport and biochemical research are concluded.
