摘要
双层辉光离子渗金属技术是在离子氮化基础上发展的表面冶金技术。它是利用双层辉光放电特性使普通金属材料表面形成具有特殊物理化学性能的合金层的新方法。已取得美国等多国发明专利权。本文重点介绍双层辉光离子渗金属技术的基本原理、形成和发展以及该技术在工业的应用和前景。
A versatile surface alloying technigue ,the Xu-TEC or XU- LOY process has been developed on the basis of the plasma Nitriding. The technology, Covered by US and interna-tiond patentes, employs the double glow discharge phenomenon to produce an alloy layer with special physical and chemical properties on the surface of the common Electrical conductive materials.
This paper emphatically introduces the basic priciple, formation and development of the XU ?Tec process and its industrial applications.
