摘要
本文除介绍硬齿面齿轮的一般精整加上技术外,重点论述了电镀超硬磨料CBN钢体硬面珩轮的设计原理、结构以及切削性能。
In this paper except to present the common precision machining technologies of hardened gear,we give emphasis to describe the tooth-profile design-principle, construction-design and cutting peformance of hardened steel-honing cutter whose toothface has plated with extra-abrasives CBN.
