摘要
选用32只哺乳羔羊(公母各半),采用饲养试验,消化代谢试验及屠宰试验等手段研究其能量需要量。结果表明:①全哺乳期和补饲期羔羊每日的代谢能采食量(MEI)分别为678kg和707W^(0.75)KJ。羔羊对母乳能量的消化率为97.65%,代谢率为96.90%,对补饲日粮的能量消化率为68.09%。②为满足羔羊正常生长的能量需要,哺乳羔羊自25~30日龄开始补料。每天代谢能补饲量可用公式估计:即ME_补=1546.8+15.45X—1256X^(0.2311)e^(-0.00176x)(X:日龄;ME_补:KJ/天)。③羔羊全哺乳期和补料期每日的维持代谢需要能量分别为457和489W^(0.75)KJ,增重效率(Kpf)分别为0.710和0.656。羔羊的代谢能总需要量(MER)可用下列公式计算:全哺乳期:MER=457W^(0.75)+7239△W或:MER=457W^(0.75)+NEg/kpf(NEg=5151.6△W+0.700W—2.975;kpf=0.710)。补料期:MER=489W^(0.75)+11682△W或:MER=489W^(0.75)+NEg/kpf(NEg=7652△W+0.286W—0.873;kpf=0.656)式中:MER:KJ/天;W^(0.75)和W:kg;△W:kg/天。
Thirty—two suckling green goats were used to study the energy requirement by feeding trial, digestiblic and metabolic test, and slaughtering experiment. The results show: (1) The metabolizable energy intake (MEI) of the kids for the whole suckling and creep feeding period were 678w^(0.75) and 707w^(.75) KJ per day, respectively, the energy digestibility for the milk was 97. 65%, and for the supplement feed was 68.09%. (2)In order to satify the energy requirement for the growing, goats the feed should be supplied, and the metabolizable energy (MEs) of creep feed can be estimated by the equation: MEs=1546.8+15.45X—1256X^(0.2311). e^(0.00176X)(X:day;MES:KJ/day). (3) the requirements of metabolizable energy for the whole suckling and creep feeding period were 457W~^(0.75) and 498^(0.75) KJ per day, and the coefficients for gain were 0.710 and 0.656, respectively. The total requirement of metabolizable energy for he suckling goats can be estimated by follow equation: whole suckling period:MER=457W^(0.75)'+7239△W or:MER=457W^(0.75)+NEg/Kpf (NEg=5151.6△W+0.700W-2.975;Kpf=0.710) Creep feeding period: MER=489W^(0.75)+11682△W or:MER=498W^(0.75)+NEg/Kpf (NEg=7652△W+0.286W-0.873;Kpf=0.656).
